Dr. Raoul Tawel - chief executive officer

Raoul is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Mosaix and is in charge of  leading corporate strategy and initiating new technology ventures.

He founded Mosaix in 1999 as a technology spin-off company from Caltech's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, California. From 1987 to 2000 he was a Senior Staff Scientist in the Advanced Computing Technologies group at JPL. Raoul has been a consultant to industry and holds a number of patents on his work.

Raoul holds a Ph.D in physics from Brandeis University and a B.Sc(Hons) in physics and engineering from the University of Western Australia.

Jane Cook - vice president
Jane joined Mosaix in 2000 and in addition to her corporate administrative functions, she is in charge of human resources.

Jane received her B.A. from Wheaton College and her M.A. from Brandeis University.
Dr. Alexander Moopenn - chief scientist


Alex is the Chief Scientist at Mosaix.

Alex joined Mosaix in 1999 when the company was founded. Prior to that, he worked as an independent consultan to industry at Nonsystematic Design in Foster City, California from 1993 to 1999. From 1990 to 1993 he was a staff scientist at TRW in Redondo Beach, California. From 1984 to 1989 he was a Member of Technical Staff at Caltech's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California.

Alex hold a Ph.D. in physics from the University of California at Davis and a B. A. from San Francisco State University
